Wheelchair-accessible transportation in Windsor-Essex.
Ramp-equipped vans, proper securement, and a driver who comes to the door. You stay in your own chair from pickup to destination.
What the vehicle is like
Every van is a side- or rear-entry ramp vehicle with a low floor, so there is no lifting and no transfer into a car seat. Your chair is secured with tie-downs at four points and you travel with a separate occupant belt.
- Manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and mobility scooters
- Driver assists from the door of the building, not just the curb
- Clean, heated vehicle with room for oxygen and a walker
- Drivers are CPR certified and the service is fully insured

Common questions
Can you take a power wheelchair?
Yes. Our ramps and securement handle manual chairs, power chairs and scooters. Tell us which when you book so the right van is sent.
How much notice do you need?
A day or two is ideal for routine appointments. Same-day calls are taken whenever a van is free — call and we'll tell you straight away.
Can someone ride with me?
Tell us when you book who is travelling with the rider and we will arrange the right vehicle for it.
