Common questions from organisations
Is there a minimum spend or contract?
No. There is no minimum and no contract. Some accounts run forty trips a month and some run two.
How long does it take to open an account?
One conversation and a purchase order arrangement. Most facilities are booking within the same week.
Can we see your insurance and certifications?
Yes. The service is fully insured and drivers hold CPR and Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification. Ask and we will send the paperwork to whoever keeps your compliance records.
Who can book once we have an account?
Anyone on the approved list you give us, and nobody else. Every trip is recorded against the rider and the destination so your invoice reconciles.
Do you cover nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes. The same dispatch answers at 3am on a holiday as at 10am on a Tuesday.
